   Tap the link in your email to see your order’s current status and estimated delivery date.

3. Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?
   Sometimes emails land in the spam or promotions folder — check there first. If you still can’t find it, reach out to our support team at support@voxwears.com with your order number, and we’ll help you right away.

Tracking Tips

• It may take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order is shipped.

• If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
