How to Measure Yourself
Grab a measuring tape and follow these quick steps to get your size right:

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape flat and snug (not tight).

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — right above your hips.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips for bottoms.

Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle bone.
