Refund Policy

At VOX WEARS, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and jewelry cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before returning your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@voxwears.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@voxwears.com for further assistance.
